Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Tuff Shins are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Applicable Law

Disputes
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Tuff Shins or to products you purchase through Tuff Shins shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Florida, United States of America, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Tuff Shins intellectual property rights, Tuff Shins may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Florida, United States of America, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

1. DESCRIPTION: Tuff Shins, a product of Bag-A-Nut (the "Promotion") is a sweepstakes that provides entrants (each, an “Entrant”) a chance to win the prizes listed below.  See below for more details. 
2.  ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to natural persons who are legal residents and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) and who are thirteen (13) years of age or older as of the beginning of the Promotion Period (as defined below). An eligible minor must check the age of majority of their state or province and must obtain his/her parent’s or legal guardian’s permission prior to entering.  The Promotion may only be entered in or from the U.S. or Canada (excluding Quebec). Entries originating from any other jurisdiction will be disqualified.
