Tuff Shins were first invented in Jacksonville FL over 30 years ago by Mr. Dudley. Currently his two sons Caleb and Silas Dudley are managing Tuff Shins, and other products engineered by the Dudley family.

Tuff Shins were originally known as "Snake Leggings". In recient 

years it has been re-branded as Tuff Shins, the Made In America, originall plastic shin protection.
